OPO has unveiled the Inspiring Games documentary based on the story of three witnesses to the most inspiring match in the European Champions League. The smartphone brand has launched a global campaign to select the three most inspiring games in the competition. After that, you need to find people who actually saw the game at that time, then interview them, and finally, convey these inspiring stories to everyone.
Through the Inspirational Games campaign, OPPO believes these stories will spark conversation even between strangers and bring football fans together. Moreover, it revives the love of the game to inspire more people around the world. Marketing-Interactive has contacted OPPO for more information about the campaign.
Paris-based designer and photographer Nam Koon explains that visiting a stadium to watch a match always brings back fond memories. "Football always brings strong emotions and it's never boring," he said. As a PSG fan since 2000, Nam was the on-pitch photographer watching the historic 4-0 first leg and 1-6 second leg between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona.
According to Nam, supporting a club is more than just a logo or a jersey. It defines your values, philosophy and life. Nam's passion for football inspired him to create a project to document the most inspiring moments of his travels, including fashion, photography and, of course, football. For him, football is a game of cultural differences. A game where everyone can meet and share their interests
Avid fan Tonin El Torero, who also owns a famous bar in Madrid, recalls the moment when the team scored a surprise goal and the fans went berserk. According to her, this memory was the perfect image of a community united for joy and hope.
Meanwhile, blind supporter Mike Fernie has not let his illness affect his commitment to football and Liverpool, which began as a child and continues to this day. Although life with vision problems was difficult at times, Liverpool's victory in Istanbul at the age of 13 inspired him deeply. There, he learned a life lesson: "Don't give up," and Farni describes him as the biggest takeaway from Istanbul in 2005.
“Those were three goals against one of the best teams in Europe,” Fernie told the story and still remembers the feeling of power. For Fernie, inspiration means never giving up on your passion for life and inspiring more people with your story.
OPPO is looking for new ways for people to enjoy sports as part of the brand's "Initiative First" offering. Assistive technology can help people like Fernie, who are visually impaired or otherwise handicapped, find more inspiration in their lives. For example, the Color Vision Enhancement technology introduced in the OPPO Find X3 series is designed to improve color recognition for people suffering from color vision deficiency.
Focused on accessible technology, OPO Research Institute's Innovation Accelerator strives to bring ideas that change the world to life. Among the common ideas were ideas such as machine solutions for the blind and special mobile phones for the deaf.
