If saving energy and eco-debt are your top choices when buying appliances, Samsung has your number with its 2023 range of luxury kitchen and laundry appliances.

This intelligent monitoring technology promises to reduce the energy consumption of Samsung devices by 30%. The technology takes your savings goals into account and then adjusts your device settings accordingly. The artificial intelligence knows when you've been sleeping - and accidentally left the stove on or left the fridge door open - and then sends you an alert. It also works mysteriously, analyzing the contents of the fridge, the laundry in the washing machine, or the food in the oven. The technology then makes the right recommendations, prepares the most important shopping lists, advises on the choice of washing cycles and additional soap or even advises on the best time and temperature for cooking in the oven.

4-door Custom Flex Family Hub with refrigerator

A true heart of a smart home, this four-door fridge features a built-in SmartThings hub (see above) so you can easily connect all your SmartThings-enabled devices (from light controls to a smart thermostat) without an extra concentrator. You can then direct the display to the Family Hub+ touchscreen built into the fridge/freezer, which has grown to 32 inches vertically in the new model, a significant 21.5-inch screen over previous models. Split-screen options let you call up recipes, check oven temperatures, and watch TV all at the same time.

The fridge's AI-powered internal camera is both cool and spooky, using optical character recognition to analyze product images and labels so you can see when it's time to restock. A dedicated FlexZone compartment converts from a fridge to a freezer, and a beverage center tucked away in the top left door serves water and ice, the latter in cubes or "ice bites."

Side-by-side refrigerator made to order

You'll have to do without the big screen on this model, but this fridge shares the same eco-friendly, industrial design aesthetic as the 4 Door Flex. The integrated SmartThings Wi-Fi app connects to the new and improved ST Energy platform to track, manage and optimize your daily energy consumption, operations and information sharing on your smartphone screen. The sleek, bespoke design benefits from modern minimalism with flat panels, flat handles and touch sensors on both doors that magically open and close even when your hands are busy.

There is no doubt: did the cake rise? is it fried This advanced AI and Wi-Fi enabled oven knows everything. Without opening the door, the oven's AI camera recognizes and suggests the optimal cooking settings, allowing you to see the cooking process on the 7-inch color LCD screen. Or you can connect using the SmartThings app on your phone.

Food bloggers can share photos and stream live videos of their chefs on the SmartThings Cooking social platform or community groups. The wall oven's brilliant display and digital touch controls are also ready to navigate through settings and cooking modes, including Air Sous Vide, Air Fry, Steam Cook+ and Flex Duo. With this WiFi for Samsung SmartThings Cooking, you can also remotely heat the oven, set timers and sync recipe settings from your phone, even if you're hopefully not too far from home. .

Hood for wall mounting on request

This hood can be connected to the Samsung Smart Cooker below to automatically adjust the ventilation to the cooking process. It also has smart features (including an indoor air quality sensor) to detect clean air in your kitchen and send alerts to the built-in display and/or the SmartThings Air app on your phone. The hood circulates and deodorizes air at 700 cubic feet per minute, with a noise level of just 65 decibels at the highest fan setting. You'll also be notified when it's time to replace the internal air filter.
